According to CB/T 3795-1996, the Ship Launching Inflatable Airbag
should meet the following requirements.
1. Dimensional tolerance
Deviation between diameter and effective length: ±2%
Total length deviation: ±4%
2. Elastic deformation: Under 1.2 times of working pressure, the
diameter deformation is less than 5%.
3. Safety factor:> 4.5
4. Air tightness: pressure drop <5% after 1 hour of inflation
5. Product surface quality: streamlined, no cracks, no bubbles, no
double skin, no impurities, no obvious defects such as obvious
dirt.
6. Explosion-proof design at the end.
