1,Marine Rubber Airbag Introduction
6000 years ago, our ancestor begin to use log-rolling method to
lift and move weights,which is still widely used in daily
production and actual life nowadays. Marine rubber airbag is
designed with soft rubber to lift and carry weights, based on
log-rolling method.Marine rubber airbag is an innovative product of
Chinese own proprietary intellectual property rights. It has wide
application like ship launching & upgrading, caisson lifting &

3,Technical Requirement
According to CB/T 3795--1996, marine rubber fender should meet the
following
requirements.
3.1. Dimensional Deviation:
Diameter & Effective Length Deviation: ±2%
Total Length Deviation: ±4%
3.2. Amount of Elastic Deformation: diameter deformation amount ≤
5% under 1.2
times working pressure.
3.3. Safety Factor: >4.5
3.4. Air Tightness: depressurization < 5% after 1hour inflation
3.5. Surface Quality: fairing line shape, no crack, no bubble, no
double skin, no impurities,
no distinct dirt and other apparent defect.
3.6. Anti-explosion design of end part
4,Marine airbag production standard
The international airbag production standard is ISO14409, which
strictly regulates the structure design, material, testing,
packaging and storage of the airbag. The airbags in our factory are
strictly produced in accordance with the ISO14409 standard and are
strictly Control production quality.
5,quality inspection
Before leaving the factory, each airbag must undergo a strict
appearance inspection and airtightness test to test whether there
is any air leakage in the airbag within a specified period of time
and to issue a factory inspection report.
If there are any unqualified airbags during the inspection process,
they will be returned to the factory for redoing.
6,Marine airbag packing
the airbags are delivered with stretch film and packing cloth
wrapped around the outside to ensure the safety of the airbags in
the transportation process.

7.1. High Bearing Capacity
Inflatable rubber airbag’s main technical requirement is regulated
in CB/T 3795--1996 published by China State Shipbuilding
Corporation.
Our adopts new rubber formula and high-strength enhanced
synthetic-tyre-cord layer, which improves the airbag’s bearing
capacity two times more than CB/T 3795--1996 standard
7.2. High Kneading-resistance Capability
When the airbag is rolling under the ship bottom, it will suffer a
“kneading force” from ship bottom and ground because of not uniform
rolling speed, which could case problems like delamination, layer
buckling, etc.Our improved the manufacturing technique and raw
material formula to strengthen kneading-resistance capability of
the airbag and avoid worse accident .
7.3. New Anti-explosion Design of End Part
The possibility of air leakage in the joint area of metal part and
rubber part is also increasing as working pressure of airbag is
added. After using for times under high working pressure, the
airbag would burst and metal part would hurt workers.
Our invented new anti-explosion design of the airbag end part,
increasing the bonding strength and air tightness between rubber
body part and end metal part. Henger airbag is working very well
under higher working pressure without potential safety hazard.
7.4. Good Abrasion-resistance Performance and High Ageing
Resistance
The airbag is working under bad and poor condition, suffering from
long time sunlight exposure,seawater corrosion, impurities
pollution, etc. The surface of airbag must be equipped with high
capability of abrasion resistance, ageing resistance, corrosion
resistance.airbag is made of natural rubber with special
ingredients and unique manufacturing method. The finished airbag
could working very well under above mentioned bad and poor working
condition.
7.5. Higher Flexibility and Shock Absorption Capability
Airbag is manufactured with unique integral twining technique. The
airbag wall thickness is uniform with secondary seam in overlap
joint. When rolling in slope and uneven ship path, the flexible
airbag is helpful to reduce structure stress and ship launching
risk.
